Think On These Things (Philippians 4:8)

Here is the ” Who , What & Why”on the blog and it’s “administrator.” (That’s a 75 cent word for “chief keyboard hunt & pecker ” …. me. )

WHO : My name is Bob Hanks. I live and work in the Texas Gulf Coast area  in sales distribution for the supermarket industry. I have worked in various phases of the business for about 35 years.

WHAT : This site will feature what I consider to be the best in meaningful , and Biblically accurate videos from a variety of sources all promoting the conservative Christian ( largely Reformed ) point of view. I will also include thoughts and insights of others and myself on matters important to Christians living in a non-Christian World.

WHY : There is a crying need in today’s society for discernment concerning the many movements and personalities involving themselves in the visible Church. The un-Biblical teachings and practices we see on the so-called Christian TV networks are appaling. Many have been led astray by Word of Faith and Prosperity ” ministries ” which bring much confusion to the general public and reproach to the Name of Christ . Add to this the many cults on the scene today, as well as liberal theology being taught in many churches , and you will see a real void  in solid Biblical instruction. I would simply like to add my voice to those who are calling for a return to the God of the Bible and the systematic study of His Word.
